So clever - you could have your own talk show. Martha just did this TODAY! Very cute; we'll definitely have to file that away for Mallory in the future!

what a great idea! I'll copy that for sure, but just a couple of questions:
how do you water? there is a kind of drainage system to avoid water stagnation? how long does it takes the grass to come out?

This is our first try at this endeavor. What was explained to me by a seasoned Easter grasser was to line the basket with plastic (we used a trash bag), place soil in the bottom (we did about 3 inches) cover generously with seed (fast growing - should pop up within a week), then add another inch of soil on top. Spritz daily with a spray bottle. We shall see how it works, the assembly was fun to watch, I hope it's just as fun to see it grow!
