1. Refashioned Flower Vest. As Alisa points out, 3D flowers are going to be all the rage - and someday when I am totally hip I will be all about the rage - for now I just think this is pretty and would look cute with some jeans, a simple tank top and sandals this summer. From Alisa Burke.

2. Chic and Easy Bamboo-Handle Purse. This adorable bag would be a great go-along with the Refashioned Flower Vest. And the author promises "this is the easiest purse you'll ever make" which sounds promising for this non-seamstress! From Little Birdie Secrets. (Photo from The Long Thread)

3. Button Bookmarks. These super adorable teacher appreciation gifts have totally caught my eye. I would love to have some for my bedside books, and some to share with the great teachers at the girls' preschool. From Noodlehead.

4. Teacup Bird Feeder. How precious are these? I could totally see one of these in my mom's garden. And they seem simple to make, which is (again) a wonderful thing for a girl like me! From Little Birdie Secrets.

5. Little Fairy Peg Dolls. I'm thinking I know a few little girls who would LOVE to play with little fairies in the garden. Made of simple pegs you can get at any hobby heaven and a little paint. Totally adorable gift option, too. From The Mama Dramalogues.

6. Recycled Flower Pot. I want to make one of these, like right now. I love the concept of a recycled item. I love flower pots that are unique shapes and colors. And I love that my girls could be a part of this project in a totally involved way. From Kaboose.

7. Mother's Day Bracelet. This would be right up Carolyn's alley. Jewelry and art combine to create beautiful charms any mother (or Grandma) would cherish. From At Second Street.

8. Mother's Day Corsage. This would totally be something Nie would wear. Especially when little hands made it with love. The concept reminds me of the headband tutorial that turned out so well, I am very tempted to give this a shot! From Spincushion.

9. Crayon Letter Shadowbox. This is such a colorful way to incorporate letter art into a little one's bedroom or art space. What a great gift for a new mama, you could even select crayons to match the nursery colors. From Trendy Treehouse.
