Here is the highlight of the last hour of my day. I made my first omlet, flipping the pan and all. Brandon advised against it, but I attempted it none-the-less, and voila, dinner is served. Though the flavor was a bit bland (we didn't really have much by way of inards) at least it looked beautiful. I knew those Calfon pans would come in handy.
