Schultz Party of Four

In my wanderings around the internet, I found this Asian Spinach and Pasta Salad recipe. We tried it last night and it was DELICIOUS. It made enough to feed 5 adults plus the kidlets (probably could easily be a meal for 6 adults alone). Plus it was quick and light. The dressing reminded me of the Asian Chicken Salad at Panera, just to give you an idea...
