I don't think there's anything 'cute' about it...Given the fact that no medicine known to man (or at least known to the nurse practitioner who saw me this morning) is able to cure this horrendous illness - they should probably name it "Nothing-we-can-to-about-it-itis" or perhaps "I'd-give-my-left-eye-to-make-the-pain-stop-itis" or "Hurts-so-bad-I-dug-out-the-left-over-pain-pills-from-my-husband's-surgery-itis"...just some thoughts I might send into the Journal of Medicine if I get around to it.
