My cousin Jenny has lots of mice as pets. The girls LOVE going to see Jenny and the mice. Brandon got to talking to my cousin and uncle about the care of these creapy little creatures and decided this was a cool way to teach the girls about animals (so they're not squimish girly-girls when they grow up) and have a 'cool' pet??? Carolyn named them, if you can't tell, and much like a fishtank, they are interesting to observe. The cage, a hand-me-down from a friend, looks better than Discovery Zone from my childhood...in fact Jules spends much of her time attempting to pull the cage down, presumably to attemp to crawl inside herself. Can't say as I blame her much. Who knew mice were so cheap!?!
