I thought I would share our yummy dinner with the digital world...
this delicious Chicken Pot Pie take only minutes to prepare

1 package of ready made pie crust (package contains a top and bottom crust)
1 can of Cream of Potato soup
1 can of mixed vegetables (drained)
1/4 cup of milk
about 1 - 1 1/2 cups of cooked chicken (this recipe is great for leftover chicken)

I buy a roasted chicken in the deli section (unless I have leftovers)
and pull about half of it apart into small pieces.
Combine the chicken, soup, veggies, milk and salt + pepper.
Put the bottom crust in a pie plate
top with the chicken mixture
put the top crust on top
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes

We finished this meal off with
chocolate covered strawberries

and probably the last time before
winter that we'll get to enjoy this treat.
