Who knew the KC weather would go nutso this Saturday just in time for the big Kite Festival, but we could not be deterred, we simply bundled up and headed out. And its a good thing we did, the girls consider this face paint to be a highlight of the day, the weekend, possibly the entire season of spring. And the kites were pretty much, wow.
