2010 will go down in Schultz Family history as the year of the weddings. Today we celebrated my brother's upcoming nuptials to Rachel with a beautiful (and delicious) bridal shower. We sisters are very happy to welcome her to our crazy happy family.

Among the dishes I enjoyed bunches today, the Asian Chicken Salad from Paula Deen might be my new favorite. We scooped little bite-sized portions into tiny pastry cups from Dean and DeLuca and it was fancilicious (fancy and delicious... I just made that up... but I'm a bit delirious from a very long and eventful weekend).
