Though it was only 23 hours long, it was still a great day.x
We churched, and held a precious new baby, and traveled to the land of the mighty Jayhawk to partake in all sorts of birthday fun including hours of toys and Dad teaching the kids about circuit boards.

My friends and family showered me with Starbucks gift cards and shawls to keep me warm in Cubeville and new pillows for my previously-boring living room and best of all an iPod (in blue...my favorite color!)

Today is the kind of day that leaves me wondering how I can be so lucky? Great friends, great family, great cookie cake!?! Lucky lucky me!!!
