C was my sous chef for the evening, as we prepared our first dish from my new cookbook. My cousin's girlfriend bought me "The Kid's Cookbook" for Christmas. Tonight we made an asian noodle dish that was delicious and relatively simple. All of the recipes look like things my kids would eat, from simple ingredients, and very healthy as well. C is excited to try egg salad sandwiches (weird, I know) and J has already spotted the multi-colored fruity yogurt popscicles. New Years Resolution #2 - Cook more...include the children.
