At the Fall Party Planning Meeting for C's School:

OMs (Other Moms): We should do three different stations, two crafts and a game
K [thinking, no words mind you]: Ok, sounds reasonable
OMs: What about if the kids decorate sugar cookies!?! I can buy them without frosting at SAMs
K [still thinking]: NOOOOOOOO, not store bought...Katie, be kind, be nice, smile, nod
OMs: And what about a game? What do you all think of pin-the-nose-on-the-pumpkin
K [thinking]: Holy Moly! Caryl could make a kick butt pin-the-nose-on-the-pumpkin!
K [out loud]: I can bring that!
K [thinking]: I hope Caryl is game!
