Sunday morning I had the priveledge of watching my good friend Becky (the one who got me into this whole running thing) run a 5K at the caves in Independence. It was the first 5K I've watched and it got me all pumped up.
Her goal time was 30 minutes, but as you can see here she totally killed it!
