Thanks to the Barefoot Contessa,
we had a yummy gourmet meal tonight!
I made these salad bowls from shredded parmesan,
simply heated in a non-stick skillet and draped over a cup while still hot
I served my friend's famous Spinach Salad - yummo thanks Gretchen!
Then B grilled kabobs that had marinated over night
served with a delicious sauce - all from THIS recipe from Ina
All served over THIS recipe for couscous
[we forgot to get a picture of this, as we were SO excited to eat it]
And for dessert I made THIS recipe
