Had dinner at a friend's house tonight,

and she had several Barefoot Contessa cookbooks,

which she graciously let me borrow...

now I want to own them ALL, and I am all inspired to

cook up something amazing, straight from the Hamptons

to protect my new treasures while I whip up these yummy treats
