First Christmas together

In going through some old photographs the other day, I found this great picture of my grandparents together, their first Christmas as a couple. So much of the detail in this photograph tells a story, the damask wallpaper, the Charlie Brown Christmas tree, the television (these were hot commodities in 1956!), and Grandma's totally hip glasses! And boy wasn't my grandpa handsome! What is SO great about this photo is knowing that 51 years later they are still in love and celebrating another Christmas together. I don't know, I just think that is really special.x
